Ballistic Fabrication Dodge & Ford Unit Bearing to Manual Hub Conversion Kit

Unit Bearing Conversion Kits Now Available

Available for 94-02 Dodge 2500 & 3500, 03-07 Dodge 2500 & 3500 and 99-04 Ford F-250 & F-350 this conversion kit allows you replace the entire unit bearing with a serviceable setup using off the shelf wheel bearings. Not only does this kit allow you to reduce your maintnence costs to a $20 or less wheel bearing but it also allows you to save money with increased fuel economy. This kit has undergone hundreds of hours of CAD work to outperform existing companies kits by offering a 20% stonger bearing design as well as being priced more affordably. This is a complete kit with all needed parts. All kits include HD 35 spline cromoly stub axles, and WARN premium locking hubs.

  • Save up to 3 mpg due to reduced rotational mass
  • Greatly reduced wear on drive line components since drive-shaft no longer spins
  • Aircraft grade aluminum hubs are lightweight and strong
  • Eliminates expensive and vulnerable 'unit-bearings' for stronger spindle / wheel bearing setup. Unit-bearings are non-servicable and are weaker than spindle bearings.
  • Larger bearing separation is 20% stronger than the competitions 'free-spin' kit
  • Retains original ABS brake systems
  • Yukon 35 spline chromoly stub shafts and Warn Premium hubs are included
  • All new bearings, seals, spindle nuts and wheel studs are included

The Ballistic Fabrication Unit Bearing Conversion Kit uses lightweight BILLET 6061-T6 hubs. These are not machined down foreign castings or forgings like our competitors, and use 100% domestic USA high grade materials.
